Design and implement a framework that promotes learning and academic success
Have successful experiences in improving district accountability test scores
Demonstrate expertise in all levels of Texas public school education
Continue to promote the district's image throughout the region and state
Offer effective, firm, and professional leadership in addressing district issues without personal bias
Be accessible to all members of the school community
Be committed to consistent involvement in school and community events
Possess strong communication skills
Have as a priority the welfare and morale of employees
Developed by the Board of Trustees with input from the school community and district employees.
